“Let’s Bollywood Greece”
Feel your body, Free your spirit, Get the energy!

The 1st Bollywood Dance Academy Greece, was founded in 2013 by Anna Dimitratou, aiming to introduce Indian dance forms in Greece. Miss Dimitratou is also the Director of Artistic Studio Oriental Expression, a premier Bellydance school in Athens and the President of the “Oriental Expression Awards” which organizes International Dance Competitions every year. Her love for both Indian dance and Belly Dance  led to the inception of the Bollywood and Multicultural Dance Festival, one of the biggest festivals of its kind in the world.

The main goal of the Academy is to give the Greek population and people in Europe to learn some Authentic Indian Dance in Greece. The Academy facilitates this by inviting and working with the best teachers from Greece and abroad, through regular weekly classes and Workshops and various Dance events.

The Academy also provides opportunities to professional dancers to become a Bollywood Dance teacher through its certified Teacher Training Program in collaboration with the International Dance Council (CID- UNESCO) through a structured program emphasizing a high quality training in Technique and Pedagogy. The Academy is open for everyone in Greece, irrespective of age or background in Dance. So if you are an Amateur or Professional dancer, or even if you are just a dance lover, we have something to offer you!

All members of the Academy will be able to participate in festivals, competitions, video clips, documentaries and films, but also in presentations and TV shows. The best dancers get an opportunity to be a part of the professional team of the Academy, and get PAID shows (corporate, wedding, parties and other events) while also represent the Academy and Greece on International platforms.
